To use this app, as well as our general Mobile Banking site, (sb1fcu.mobi) you'll first need to be signed up to use NetBanker and you must also activate Mobile Banking for your account.

Telephone Teller is free, easy and convenient! Use Telephone Teller for everyday transactions such as reviewing your account balances and deposits, making a VISA or loan payment, transferring money between accounts, and more. You can even find out which of your checks have cleared.

To use Telephone Teller, all you need is a touch-tone phone and Personal Identification Number (PIN). You can access your accounts day or night, at home or in the office. This service is free, easy, and available 7 days-a-week, 24 hours-a-day. Just pick up the phone and dial 800.806.9465, or locally 215.569.3700; press 2 and follow the Telephone Teller prompts.
Sb1's new 24-hour Telephone Teller system is uses a convenient guided-prompt system.
If you used Telephone Teller in the past, the biggest change you'll notice is that there are no longer any codes to memorize. Now every action will be prompted and you will choose the prompt that is appropriate for what it is that you want to do.
Telephone Teller User Guide
You will need to listen to each prompt slowly and carefully at first to ensure you choose the transaction you wish to do. Keep this Guide handy (Guide will also be available online under "Forms" at the top of our home page) to help you transition from the old system to the new.
