My password contains numbers, letters and/or symbols. How will I be able to enter my password using my cell phone keypad? Since there are many different cell phone interfaces the answer for how to type in numbers, letters and symbols is unique to each phone. There is usually a symbols feature available when typing via a keypad to access common symbols such as dashes, slashes and dots.
This information can usually be found in your cell phone's manual or by calling your service provider.
Is Mobile Banking secure? Yes. When you log on to Mobile Banking for the first time from your phone your device's information will be saved as your default mobile device.
