Sb1's new 24-hour Telephone Teller system is uses a convenient guided-prompt system.
If you used Telephone Teller in the past, the biggest change you'll notice is that there are no longer any codes to memorize. Now every action will be prompted and you will choose the prompt that is appropriate for what it is that you want to do.

You will need to listen to each prompt slowly and carefully at first to ensure you choose the transaction you wish to do. Keep this Guide handy (Guide will also be available online under "Forms" at the top of our home page) to help you transition from the old system to the new.
